Much of this depends on the individual athlete. In our first meeting, we identify what technology you currently have and build our coaching platform around what works for you. Most of our athletes have (at minimum) a smart phone and a running or triathlon watch. Many have heart rate monitors, power meters, etc., but none of these items are required. We fully utilize whatever technology the athlete already has and do not require any additional purchases. TrainingPeaks is the primary tool we use to share daily workouts with our athletes. If you do not currently have an account, we set that up for you. We walk you through all technical aspects of setting up TrainingPeaks, so if you aren’t familiar with it, that is no problem whatsoever.
